PIH Engage at UC San Diego team leads, Leana, Emma, and Lauren, flew to Washington, D.C. to attend PIH Engage's 2023 Training Institute. The conference lasted two days and included numerous educational workshops on topics including advocacy, organizing, campaigning, fundraising, and coaching. Team members gained valuable insights, heard from varying speakers, and learned many new skills that they will be able to use in the upcoming school year.
